N91444 Business Decision Making: Models and Tools

To learn how to provide and analyze the Financl Report of as a company, as well as carryng out analysis of management accounting and capital budgeting

Developing economic and financial analysis of a company, developing financial analysis of management accounting and taking investments decisions.

The course is composed of three parts:

 - Financial Accounting (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Index Analysis)

 - Management Accounting and costing techniques

- Capital Budgeting

The course is based on initial lectures focused on theory of finacial accounting, management accounting and capital budgeting. 

Once the theory is completed, the class will carry out empirical exercises on the three aforementioned topics

The final test is composed by:

 - written test: 3-4 exercises on Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Capital Budgeting

 - oral exam on the aforementioned topics
