The following topics will be covered:
- Structure and configuration of logistical-production systems.
- Production planning and control cycle.
- Production costs and rough cut planning.
- Materials management.
- Systems for managing operations and the progress of production and distribution activities.
- Supply chain management and collaboration.
 
Examinations
 
There will be a written exam comprising both practical exercises and questions on the theory.
 
Reading list
The study materials will consist of the lecture notes and the textbook "Operations Management nella Produzione e nei Servizi" (Chase et al., McGrawHill).
