Esperienze professionali:
Ha svolto attività di consulenza di direzione e organizzazione. E' stato componente dell’ARAN, Agenzia per la rappresentanza negoziale delle pubbliche amministrazioni, curando in particolare nel periodo 1993-1997 l'impostazione dei contratti nazionali dei dirigenti di enti locali, ministeri ed enti di ricerca e la definizione del nuovo ordinamento professionale dei dipendenti pubblici.
