Learning Objectives

At the end of the course the student will be able:

1. to select the suitable model to represent the random behavior of some typical micro and macro economic variables;
2. to measure the risk involved in economic activities such as finance, insurance, production, and so on;
3. to produce statistical reports and graphs from business data bases and to extract information from statistical analyses.
