ERP Systems for Administration and Control
Aim of the course
The course equips students with the knowledge and tools for evaluating the potentialities of ERP systems,and understanding what their implementation entails.
In fact, deploying an ERP-type integrated information system calls for a structured approach--not only technically, but also from an organisational and socio-relational perspective--and can lay the groundwork for new modes of governance and control, also with a view to developing and creating value for the company.
Syllabus

-                       Integrated change management
-                       The administrative component of an integrated ERP system
-                       Role of ERP systems in the introduction of business intelligence systems
Examinations
There will be an oral exam at the end of the course, covering the entire programme of lectures.
