Student guide Faculty of Economics A.Y. 2010/11

Public and private Law
Aim of the course
An essential element of a degree course in Business Economics is an in-depth knowledge of contractual law, and in particular the statutes governing the relationships between the business and its competitors, suppliers and consumers.
And it is just as important to gain an understanding of the contractual and extra-contractual responsibilities which are incurred by the contracting parties, citizens and enterprises.
Syllabus
The course programme follows the organisation of the guides to the private law statutes, with the sole exclusion of family, inheritance and bankruptcy law.
Examinations
The course will be assessed by oral and written examinations; at the beginning of the year, students will be told which sessions will be oral, and which ones will be written.
