Aim of the course
The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic tools they need to understand the main concepts used in the legal profession. The work of some contemporary philosophers who have analysed the concept of normativity and the relationship between rules and behaviour, and the concepts of obligation, ownership and legal person, will be presented and discussed for this purpose.
