Aim of the course
This course
introduces students to the basic concepts of business strategy. Lectures aim to
develop the students' ability to evaluate company success by taking into
account the external environment, the internal environment and the strategic
choices. The sessions aim to develop decisional skills and innovative thought
in uncertain and complex situations through the use of the tools for analysis
and assessment offered by strategic management. Considerable time is given to
the discussion of case studies, teamwork and students presentations.
