Aim of the course
This course provides students with the knowledge and advanced business management tools needed to address complex decision-making problems and managing the operational implementation of the decisions made.

The management of batch processes:

Examinations
During the course there will be two written exams followed by an oral exam. The oral exam can be taken only if students pass the written mid-terms.
