Participation in the experiential lab is compulsory for students attending classes of EU internal market law.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the experiential lab students will be able to examine a case raising issues relating to the internal market in order to assess whether EU law has been breached and write pleadings arguing cases as if they were parties of legal proceedings before the European court of justice and/or national courts
The experiential lab will focus on EU citizenship and free movement of individuals and companies within the European Union.
Required Readings
Compulsory and further readings will be indicated at the beginning of the experiential lab.
Course Evaluation
Participation in the experiential lab is an integral part of the course evalutation for students attending classes of EU Internal Market Law.
