Course Delivery

The first part of this course is a combination of pre-reading of the mandatory course text, classroom lectures and discussions, research by students into some of Europe’s Top 50 Companies and classroom exercises during review sessions. If possible, one or two guest speakers will be invited to illustrate from a real life perspective some of the topics discussed.

The second part of the course includes theoretical and practical lessons.

Lectures are held throughout the entire semester. Students are responsible for learning the material before coming to class.

Students are responsible for consulting the course website “my.liuc.it” on a regular basis where updates, additional material, slides and exercises maybe posted.

We highly recommend to do the midterm test.

Course Evaluation

The assessment for the exams of June and July is based on an oral test in which students are required to solve exercises and answer to theory questions both for Prof. Smith and Prof. Goodman/Tettamanzi parts. To pass the exam, students need to achieve a grade higher than 18/30.
